Leading UK digital signage supplier Hardy Digital completed their most recent project at the prestigious N1 City Wharf, at the heart of London’s Old Street district.
The Burton based company, a division of Hardy Signs Limited, who were called in to design and install an impressive nine-screen video wall for an exciting canal-side development of stylish apartments for London based A2Dominion.
“The marketing suite of ‘Formica’ – this striking development of urban London homes, required an equally striking display to showcase the various properties – from studios to four bed apartments with their unique and modern specifications” explained Hardy Digital’s Project Manager, Tom Hardy.
The works began with the construction of a purpose built and finished studded wall to house the display. Once the custom mounting brackets had then been installed, the Hardy Digital team fitted nine 55-inch Samsung HD displays together – creating a ‘Video Wall’.
The ‘wall’, covering a 6×3 metre area, is controlled by a dedicated Windows operating system that allows the user to not only portray their media in remarkable style but to also ‘matrix’ the material over any number of screens at a given time.
“A display of this nature offers the dynamic ingredient required in such an exclusive suite” continued Tom. “It extends our long standing working relationship with Leicestershire based client, Phormular Limited, with whom this project was undertaken”.
Hardy Signs Managing Director Nik Hardy concluded “The digital team worked very closely with the client to orchestrate an installation over a three day period with minimal disruption to operations. This is a fine example of Hardy Signs’ flexibility and dedication to achieve the goal”.
