Hardy Signs are proud to be working with Burton Rugby Football Club (RFC) and Young Rugby Ambassadors (YRA) Programme to promote Rugby in Burton. As one of the sponsors of Burton RFC, Hardy Signs are mentoring a seventeen-year-old Young Ambassador, Charlie Bunting, to help shape his designs and ideas into promotional banners.
The YRA programme gives the opportunity to make a difference in the local clubs and get more people enjoying rugby in the lead up to the Rugby World Cup 2015.
YRA are chosen by the Rugby Football Union (RFU) as part of their commitment to developing young volunteers throughout the game. Aged between sixteen and twenty and drawn from rugby clubs across England, the YRA will be part of a programme that aims to excite and engage young people in the build-up to the Rugby World Cup 2015.
Nik Hardy, MD at Hardy Signs commented “As one of Burton RFC’s sponsors, it is only natural for us to be part of such a wonderful initiative and to share our leadership and design expertise to mentor local young learners. This also fits in with our existing commitment to develop designs and sign making skills for the future.”
Burton based Hardy Signs was established by Nik Hardy in 1993 and has since grown into one of the most recognised and preferred signage suppliers in the United Kingdom. From humble beginnings, the company quickly grew from small individual premises to multiple locations including Central London and Manchester.
